The core objectives of the Community Information Resource Centre (CIRC) programme are –
- To facilitate last mile internet access to the communities.
- Capacity building of the communities in accessing information
- Providing assistance to the community in using various digital services.
- Training of the community members to access to e-Governance services
- The center provides services like basic computer training, certification courses, filling of forms for government schemes, photocopying, scanning and other services (indicative list provided below).
